The Role

We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist to define, lead and optimise how HappyHalo speaks to its audience. In this role you will oversee our content strategy across all platforms, ensure brand consistency, and create messaging that reassures parents, inspires grandparents and strengthens conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy across website, campaigns, email and social media
• Research customer insights, market trends and reviews to shape value driven content
• Create and optimise product pages, blogs and FAQ content to improve visibility and trust
• Collaborate with marketing and design to deliver campaigns that convert
• Build and maintain clear brand guidelines for tone, style and messaging
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and refine strategies to maximise impact

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Content Marketer in an e-commerce environment
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics and content performance tools
• Proven ability to translate insights into compelling content strategies
• Empathetic storyteller with the ability to connect with parents and families
• Organised, independent and detail oriented with a creative and commercial mindset
